So I’ve set up an account. I’ve set up a child’s account and now it won’t connect to the Fitbit and just keeps telling me to setup ace 2. On the Fitbit itself it just shows the logo and a scrolling address to setup. Please help

I have this same issue. Have gone through the set up steps 6 times, on 2 different devices (a laptop, and my phone that already syncs my versa) and restarted it 3 times. It's also not recording steps, showing anything on the screen, or responding to gestures/taps. I've always loved fitbit, but getting my daughter one is making me so frustrated right now.

I’m having same issue on 2 new Ace trackers. Can find any help there being returned. Good luck.
