Does anybody have recommendations for a child fitness tracker? Any experience with non-Fitbit children’s trackers? My child has been waiting patiently for a Fitbit for 6 weeks now. I bought her a an ace two on fitbit.com. Try to set it up and got the line through screen error that thousands of others have posted about. Sent it back in the prepaid shipping that Fitbit provided which took almost 4 weeks for delivery. Meanwhile my child has been asking daily when her Fitbit will come. I finally received the second tracker from them today and got the exact same error when setting it up… tracker is completely dead with a line through the screen. I’ve bought seven fitbits over the last eight years and this will be my last, The customer experience process has been the worst of any company I’ve ever dealt with.
