Not used Fitbit ace 2 for 3 months. Tried to sync it to app it won't work. I've turned off Bluetooth, forgot the device, deleted and put the app back and turned phone off and on. My own Fitbit syncs fine. My daughters ace 2 is fully charged and showing a time and date from June. The watch gives me a 4 number code to put in to phone it accepts the code and says syncing buts that’s as far as I get. I’ve tried all the above a few time.. any ideas?
