Hi, we have a 2 month old ace 2 and the device won't pair, which means we cannot sync. I have turned Bluetooth on and off, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, tried a phone and a tablet, forgotten the device and tried to install as a new device and in all circumstances the ace 2 wasn't found.
This suggests the Bluetooth has broken on the ace2, which after 2 months use shouldn't be the case. Any other suggestions as to how to fix it?
Thanks.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Iainknd.
Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend doing the following:
1. Confirm that your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version: How do I update the Fitbit app?
2. Restart the tracker: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
3. Confirm the steps to sync the tracker at How do I sync an Ace tracker with my phone or tablet?
For complete troubleshooting instructions to resolve the syncing issue, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
I'll be around if you need further help.
