I can’t sync my son’s Ace 2, it was fine and then all of a sudden it’s stopped. It’s not found on my phones Bluetooth either- I’ve tried all the troubleshooting but it’s just not connecting

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @judithtours.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend confirming if you've tried the following:

  1. Remove the tracker from the Bluetooth settings on the phone.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby.
  3. Force quit the app and check if it is updated to the latest version: How do I update the Fitbit app?

  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Restart the tracker: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  6. Keep the tracker connected to the charging cable.
  7. Open the Fitbit app.
  8. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  9. Tap My Family.
  10. Under your child's name, tap Switch to Kid View.
  11. Tap your child's profile picture.
  12. Tap Set Up a Device.
  13. Choose the device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Hope this helps.
