Every time I go in to my Fitbit app and switch to kids view to see my son’s profile, I get the Bluetooth pairing fail error. I then have to go in to my settings app and forget the device for the Ace 3 then go back into the Fitbit app where it will pair again. But this happens every single time I go in and it’s getting really frustrating. Can anyone help with this issue?
