Hi, I just got fitbits for my kids and one of the Fitbit Ace 3 doesn't have any sleep data on both the device and the app. Please help me. Everything has been updated. The fitbit is paired with my child's iPhone.

Thank you for the information provided.

 

I would recommend restarting your Fitbit Ace 3 by following these steps. In addition, you can set up your Tracker as a replacement device. For instructions, please visit this article.

 

Please make sure your child's iPhone has the latest version of the Fitbit app(3.50). For instructions on how to check the current version and update, please visit this site and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".
