Ace 3 ring kept falling off

I bought the Fitbit Ace 3 black/red for my two sons. one of the Fitbit loop/ ring kept falling off. It eventually broke off and damage the face. I was trying to contact to see about the warranty couldn't find any. So I decide to post on here hopefully I can reach the warranty department.

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
