I have read numerous messages, all with the same answer from you with regards to the issue of the screen on a kid’s Ace 3 not being visible as it’s not bright enough.
I have tried following the steps that suggest restarting and this does not work (as others have also flagged to you). This is clearly an issue with the watch. Please can you now give us a suitable solution for this problem?
