  • Very disapointed that the sleep tracker dosnt work.
  • I can see many people have reported this issue with mo solution.
  • Please advise when this will be fixed?

I’ve seen this exact issue discussed here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Ace-Family-Accounts/Update-has-removed-sleep-tile-on-Ace-3/m-p/52307.... 


I have tagged that thread for a moderator to view as a possible bug in the latest Ace 3 Update. I understand this doesn’t provide you with a solution right this minute but I hope this at least tells you that this is being looked into. 

It might be helpful if you join the thread as well. It will help keep the forum organized and give the situation more attention as more individuals participate in the same growing issue.
