my daughter haven’t used for a while and when she decided to do it again Ace 3 keeps saying download Fitbit app on mobile. I have the app, but Ace 3 just stuck. I tried recommendations from the forum, but it doesn’t work

Please try setting up the Ace 3 again with the instructions of: How do I set up Fitbit Ace devices?
