I bought my son an ace 3 for his birthday on the 22/ 02/2022 and already the strap has broken can anyone help as I've misplaced the receipt to take it back to the shop I bought it from?

You could ask the store where you got it, but they would want a receipt. Did you pay by credit card? Then there would be some proof
