Having purchased the Ace 3 only a month ago, paying for an additional strap - both straps have now broken. The first, which connected a little like the normal adult Fitbit, with pins, broke after just a week of it being worn, with the pins breaking off. So, returning the device to the strap it original came with, the catch broke after just 3 days of wearing it. No extraneous activity, nothing particularly different about how it's being worn. I have never had trouble with my own Fitbit strap. Apparently there is no warranty on this device, despite our only having had it for a month. Fitbit, please advise. Is this an issue with the Ace 3 itself? And can I please get some replacement straps?
