Ace 3 time wrong

Have just set up my sons new ace 3. It is synced and has the correct date. However the time is wrong by exactly 4 hours?? I have tried syncing it again. The device it is synced to is correct date and time. 
when set up it is 21:40 and the ace 3 is showing 01:40??? How can I correct this as I can’t find any settings to manually change this….
