I need to scrub my old broken Ace 3. Screen is blank. Sides won’t vibrate. But it syncs. I need to delete the data from the watch but I can’t access the “settings” because the screen is blank. How do I get a factory reset when I can’t see the screen?

your team did NOT help me. I still have a broken Fitbit that it seems I can’t wipe. Any assistance you can offer me on a factory reset would be appreciated.

Do you need the factory reset to discard the tracker or to see if the screen turns on?

Honestly, to see if the screen restarts but if it doesn’t, then to discard it. So- both?

Since the Ace 3 screen is blank, you won't be able to perform a factory reset.
