Ace 3 with Itouch

My daughter has an ace 3 and I am able to set up on my device, but when I try and pair on her Itouch does not connect. The Bluetooth is on, ice reset phone, I’ve reset fit bit. Nothing seems to work. Any suggestions.

I'm quite sure @lmcclune means the iPod touch. Being an iOS device it should work providing it is at least iOS 14.
