Hello,
My Ace 3 stopped behaving as expected, and wouldn't allow the update / wouldn't allow a factory reset (option completely missing, although the chat help agent thought I was making that up).
Called customer service and requested replacement as that ace was only 3 months old.
The new ace pebble doesn't react to being touched (as if the sensitivity is set to very low, and you can't just touch it to get it to react), it no longer has the vibration / haptic-feedback when scrolling though the menu as the previous one did.
I'm wondering if they might have sent me a refurb that isn't working properly?
It's very frustrating for my child that it works WORSE than the one we called to have replaced.
Before I call customer service, I thought I'd inquire here.
Ps. For some reason clear data doesn't exist on the new one either, and it believes it's activation date is the same as the previous one instead of today's date. It's honestly very odd, and I wonder what went wrong when syncing the new nugget.

ADDING the old one had strong vibration, the new one is super weak.
I don't see à setting for this.
