Merry Christmas one and all.

 

My names Ross and this is my first time posting, thought I was quite Tec Savvy and I’m being outwitted by the Fitbit App / Ace 3.

 

My eldest son Arthur already has a Fitbit Ace 3 set up on the app. I’ve followed the help on a previous post to set up Jacks Ace 3, but I can’t see where you can add Age, height and weight but more importantly am I able to change the name of the Fitbit ? 

Is it possible to have the second Ace setup the same as Arthur’s so it has Jacks name ?

Is there something different about setting up 2nd son's, or do you not remember how did it for 1st son?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
