I bought 3 Ace 3s for my sons for Christmas and they have been a headache since day one. First they wouldn't pair, then wouldn't update. Whenever I try to sync them (with only one in range of my Bluetooth) they won't sync and the app directs me to the troubleshooting page. A few times they have synced, but usually they do not. Now the times are incorrect on the watches because they won't finish the syncing process. I have done the chats for help, read the forums, done all that was suggested, and nothing makes these watches sync properly. I am fed up: what good is a watch that won't display the correct time? I could have picked up a digital watch on Amazon that would have counted their steps and displayed the correct time.
I am extremely fed up and do not want these horrible "watches" anymore.

Got my kiddos these watches for Christmas also, and having the same issues. As of today,, now I can't even view them on my family account, it automatically signs me out every time I try. Fed up and want my money back.

I am having the same issue. I purchased an Ace3 about a month ago and have had no joy synching the watch. I have spent numerous times speaking to the Support Team, but I am getting nowhere. The Fitbit app is v3.75 and my phone is Android v13. My Fitbit works fine, but the Ace3 never has. I have seen other people having issues with the Samsung Flip phone, but my phone is a Samsung S21. The fix for this was the latest software upgrade, which I already have.
Does anyone have any idea? I have carried out all the troubleshooting with no joy!
