My daughter got the Ace for Christmas, but it only holds a charge on the battery for 1.5 days. I have had a Fitbit for years and I only have to charge mine every 4-5 days on average. Why isn’t the Ace holding a charge for longer than 1.5 days? Is anyone else experiencing this?

Best AnswerHi Juan, Thanks for your reply. Its actually an Ace my daughter received for Christmas. I do not see any references or links in your reply to locate the referenced help article, which I hope will resolve the issue we are having with the battery on the Ace. If you can provide the location of the help article or a link, that would be very helpful. Thanks again for reaching out!
