Ace not showing any data measurements for daily steps

For my daughter's new Fitbit Ace, it shows how many steps she has, syncs fine but when clicking on the steps for that particular day to see how many steps she has taken throughout the day at a specific period of time, it says "no measurements" which is impossible if she has 11,460 steps. She wants to see when she has the most steps during the day like mine shows. @sansambme It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit app is not showing your daughter's data on the daily measurements section. Please make sure that your phone has the most recent app version installed.

 

If the app is up to date, please log out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log back in. Finally, go to her information and see if the data is still missing.
