Ace not showing time or syncing

The ace fir kids will not display the time. Only got it 3 days ago. Also won't sync today

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I recommend restarting the tracker by following the steps in How do I restart my Fitbit device? After that please force quit the app, reboot the phone and try syncing the tracker. You can confirm the steps in this help article:
