This may be out there but the use of family account is really not user friendly at all and does not update any of the kids information regardless of updating each time you go into kid view. My kids are so excited about having the fitbit which has motivated us to exercise as a family each day to reach goals etc BUT to find out it's not registering their excersie. Which I started to use my Samsung health to keep track so I can update/add their exercise info. Have to update over 6+ times in order for the days to catch up with info to the current date of steps, sleep. Another thing that is very annoying is putting in the long password to toggle bettween each other to view stats; 4 digit pin or fingerprint. What would be great is having it all on the main screen for each tile as in a comparison mode. This way when we open the app it's all there to view and we can discuss during breakfast etc. If nothing is in the works on fixing these issues and others that have been said prior to me; I will just have to start looking at other options out there.......

Your answer is a Company General copy/paste response. Which means it's going to always be in this format. We should not have to reboot, restart every day to have the right info displayed. BTW I was doing this method which lead me to write the feedback. Which now has put a flame to start researching other devices. You are big company you won't miss my premium fee.
