Fitbit Ace 2 is not charging

Evening,

My child’s Fitbit Ace 2 has suddenly stopped charging.  I’ve followed all of your forum feedback and instructions to no avail.

The charging points are clean, I’ve tried two different charges (my sons as the alternative), tried different points to charge and followed the factory reset and restart options.

The Fitbit doesn’t vibrate like my sons when connected although there is still a magnet connection.  When connected to the charger, the Fitbit which is showing no charge (dead) comes on but never goes past 1% and when removed from the charger instantly dies showing no screen info.

Any further support would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks.

I've also been having issues with my daughters ace2 the charging terminals are clean I've even tried taking it off the straps to see if it'd charge that way. And its literally only a few months old at that.

I am having trouble charging my boy's Ace 2.  I received a new one today but the charger is saying "check charger, charger not charging".  I have tried various different USB ports and also a plug in a normal plug socket but it charged for a little while and then it came up with the same message.  I cleaned all the ports and the magnet still connected (although did not seem as strong a connection as it used to be) but it still came up with the same message.
