Ace time and date are incorrect

My son "lost" his Ace in his bedroom for several weeks so it wasn't synced for a while. I got it restarted and charged, but now the date and time are incorrect. The FitBit app on his iPad no longer remembers him and I can't find his password so I can't sync to get it 100 percent back in action. I do know his username because he is still synced to my family account. How can I get his Ace up and running and synced with the correct time again? Do I need to sign in on his device under my account and then switch from parent view to kid view? Thanks for your help!

Hi @Momof2Goobers, my Mom had the same issue syncing her Ace.  Switching from the Parent View (me) to the Kid View (her) solved the issue.  I would suggest starting there in your situation.  Once you switch to the Kid View, you can sync his tracker.

Hi

I am a Foster parent and my foster son has exactly the same issue.

His previous carer set up the account so and he does not know the password.

What was the resolution for your issue so I can see if I am able to amend the date and time for hi

Thanks in advance.
