Hi there. My daughters fit bit ace wont sync and the time is wrong. I have tried all the resets. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app. I have tried removing the device and reinstalling it. Still nothing.
Is it bricked?
I am having the same issue with my daughters Ace. time is wrong and it will not sync with my phone on her account. I have tried to reset and deleting from app and re setting up as a new device but no luck. I now can no longer sync my Charge 3 either! I am not happy!
Best AnswerSame! The iPad says it can find the Ace but then cannot sync.
