Help!
I forgot my daughters Fitbit login details and she has a new email address. How can I change it and start her up a new account using her Fitbit ace? Is there a way to reset back to factory and reset it up to a new profile?

Hi @JenM87,
No need to set the Ace back to factory settings. Just set her up with a new profile and she should be all set. The device will start anew for her.

@JenM87 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the logging issues that you are experiencing with your daughter's account, I would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after following the steps that shared @DramaQueenDiva.
In order to log in to your daughter's Fitbit account, you need to enter your own Fitbit credentials if you set up a Family account and created a child account for your daugher.
