The app is up to date, the iPhone software is up to date, bought a brand new Ace for my son and it won't sync on his iPod touch (6th gen, iOS 12.0.1). I can log into my Fitbit account on the app on his iPod, switch to the Kid's View to see his profile under the "family account", but there are no other options other than "track exercise".
Subject is wrong- I meant to type iPod. But, it wouldn't work on my iPhone Xs either!
