Ace won't sync

Hiya, my sons (family link) ace hasn't worked in months. Have tried number of times & disconnected it & reset it back again. No joy. It will not sync

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. Please try the following steps one more time in the given order:

 

  1. Force stop the Fitbit app on the phone: Settings > Applications > find the Fitbit app > select it > select Force stop. 

  2. Reboot your phone and restart the tracker by following the steps from this help article.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and switch to kid view: How do I see my child’s stats in the Fitbit app?
  4. Tap your son's profile picture and then tap Set Up a Device.
  5. Continue to follow the on-screen instructions to set up your child's tracker.
