My son received an Ace3 fitbit as a present.
My son does not own any other android/apple devices, so I am trying to set it up on my (parent) mobile phone.
I have downloaded the fitbit app and signed in with my Gmail account, bit it won't let me add the ace3 device.
I have been instructed to set up a child's Google account which I have done, I have also been instructed to set up a family link app. Also done.
But it keeps assuming my son will be using my device which he won't and wants me to therefore log out of my mobile device?
I just want to sync his watch to my fitbit account? Why can't this be done. It should be easier than this?
