Someone know what could be the problem ? I already remove both alarms and re do the hole thing twice and it’s doing the same thing again. Help please !

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Marieno89.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the details of the issue you're experiencing with alarms on your daughter’s Fitbit Ace 2. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help. I recommend trying the following:

  1. Delete the current alarms, sync the tracker and log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone and restart the tracker: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
  6. Try to set up the alarm again: How do I set an alarm on my Fitbit device?

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.
