I can not change the time and date on my daughters ace kids Fitbit I’ve reset and it is still the same

I am sorry to hear your daughter's Fitbit Ace is showing wrong date and time. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. The Fitbit Ace should be paired to your Fitbit family account and syncing in order to show the correct time and date.
