My granddaughter has an Ace and has never had problems with it. It's still working perfectly, it's the app on her phone that's causing problems! It was fine until recently but now it no longer allows some stats to be displayed. The only ones it's showing her is calories burned and menstrual stats. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I've explored every setting I can find, but can't find a way to display other stats, like 'steps' for instance. At present she uses an Huawei Y6 phone and her OS is up to date. Any help/advice greatly appreciated.
