Hello!

 

I have à Charge 5 and an Ace 3. When I sync, the total steps appear but the daily distribution (inside each day, steps distribution per hour) does not (the screen says “no measurements”). This has never happened before. 

How this can be solved?

That sounds like an IOS app problem that was fixed.  If IOS, check if your app is current.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
