Hi community, I have browsed through forums already, but can’t quite get an answer. I have recently bought my daughter an Ace3, the first Fitbit we have ever used, so bare with me!
I have set her sleep goals, bedtime and awake time but the reminders don’t come through on the device, only on my phone which isn’t very helpful. Is there a way to change this so the Fitbit gets the notification? She also isn’t getting reminders to move. I have checked and DND is off.
