I'm super angry!
My son has a burn on his wrist from his Ace 2. He was complaining that it hurt the other day so we took it off at bedtime. The next morning he was still complaining so I checked it and it's in the exact shape of his Ace 2!!

Sorry to hear this, it is called contact dermatitis which I'm well aware of and have been battling for over 60 years.
First step would be to remove band and seek medical help. Personally, I would first ask the pharmacist, they can tell you if a doctor should be contacted or if an over the counter cream would work. Also get a cleanser like Phisoderm, which is designed for those with this condition.
Second would be to clean the band, many oreo tents can get trapped between the band and skin. This problem first showed up 100 years ago with the invention of the wrist watch.
How do I clean my Fitbit device?
