Really excited to get this for our son, but the setup page is not even working. Says to Start another journey? This is really frustrating so much so that we will have to return the device, since we can’t even get set up to start using it.

Why would it say “this page is following a different trail” and not leave a link to the new trail to set up the device?

Sounds like your trying to start a challenge, not adding a tracker to the account.
Are you following the instructions?
