My daughter boythe Fitbit Ace for kids 8 plus by accident for me so I thought I would try it . It fit so I put it on but I don’t believe the calories it says I used ( 2,026 steps .8 mile and 886 calories) I’m 69 years old but wonder if an adult can use this one or maybe it’s just for kids😊?

My mom wears the Ace and has no problems with it, so it can be worn by adults.
Regarding the Calories, these are based on your BMR (Basic Metabolic Rate). This means that you are burning calories all day long. Even everyday things, such as breathing, burn calories. If you exercise more, the calorie count will go up.
