I got my son the Ace for Christmas. I set it up on our tablet and all is well. Now that it's been a few days we are thinking it will be easier if we use my phone as the main device it syncs with. I know it said I can only have the Ace on one device. How do I switch the Ace to my phone now? And do I have to delete it from the tablet first? If so will he lose all his information so far?

Hi @littlebomb20. Even if you remove the Ace from the tablet, the account will keep all the date but you should be able to install the Fitbit app on your phone. Try it. When you sign in, the Ace should appear and you can go forward syncing to the phone. If this does not work, let us know and I can suggest another approach.
