Can now no longer sync my daughters ace 2. Tried all the trouble shooting options and advise on forum but to no avail. My problem is the fitbit is showing the wrong time (around 50 mins different to actual) and without being able to sync time won't alter. So cannot now use as alarm for example

@Plankette What steps have you tried? Have you removed the device from the account and reconnected?

Yes I have. Ace connects to device and gives me a 4 digit code to enter, but then doesn't proceed any further
