Hi. I'm trying to add a fitbit ace 3 to my son's (age 6)
account. I go to his profile, select add device, select ace 3 and I get a pop up which says an error has occurred, try again later. I've tried multiple times, un and reinstalled the app, reinstalled it on a different phone, and it still says the same.
I already have an ace 3 set up on my other child account so am very aware of how to do it. Just very frustrated I can't get past the add device page. Help please.
