i buy two Fitbit Ace for my sons. I set up first ace successful and when i setup second one, after connect i fill four digits number, it say there are problem communicating with your tracker. Please try again. Please help me resolve!

This may sound cumbersome, but have you tried setting up the Ace on a second syncing device?
