My son’s Ace 2 is locked on the time screen. He can’t swipe up or down. Any ideas to fix this?

I am sorry to hear your son's Ace 2 is locked on the time screen and your son is unable to swipe up or down. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this. If you haven't done so, I recommend to restart the tracker as described in this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
