Ace 2 is not syncing. I have tried all the troubleshooting actions, like uninstalling the Fitbit app, restarting my phone, restarted the Ace 2 device via the USB cable plugged into my computer. Still not working after a couple of hours of reading through all troubleshooting and trying everything I've read. Please help.
