Can't switch to kid view

The app is not allowing me to switch to kid view.  I deleted the app and reinstalled and I'm still having the same problem.  Help!

I am having the same problem and have tried multiple things. I can't get either of my kids accounts to switch to kid view. It just keeps spinning. I have iPhone 6s but it is current with latest iOS update.

Mine doesn't crash it just spins and spins.  After a few minutes I finally give up and close out the app. After that I have to reload into the app to see my stuff

@HSMOM Thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit app is also having a hard time while trying to switch to kid view. Since you mentioned that your phone as the most recent OS version, please make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed.

Finally, since you also mentioned that you closed the app, which is one of the recommended troubleshooting steps, please monitor your app for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
