My ace 2 won't reset and has the incorrect time and date. I can't connect a watch to my account and I don't know why. Has anyone got any solutions to update the time and date at least??

Same problem here. We've tried for hours to sync it, l used different phones etc. Time is all wronf. I will try to return in.

Same here with our Ace 2. It worked fine for a while, but now it won't let me sync to the app, change the time (it is 3hr 14 min off), or change the clock face. It will sync steps, but not time. Strange. I have rebooted the app, the watch, and even my phone with no luck.
