Can't sync my Ace 2

I have a ace 2 but I can't reset the time and date so I looked it up on line but it says to re-sync my ace 2 and I don't know how. It's a 2019 and my app is 2020 it has already been sunk before to a different device

I have a fitbit account on my tablet and it is a compatible device, I turn my bluetooth on but I don't know how to turn it on my ace 2

@Twilite56 I am sorry to hear you can't sync your Ace 2 in order to correct the time and date. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I recommend trying the following:

1. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. See this link.

2. Force quit the Fitbit app.

3. Restart your tablet. 

4. Restart the Ace 2: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

5. Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture from the Today tab.

6. Tap My Family.

7. Under your child's name, tap Switch to Kid View.

8. Tap the kid's profile in the upper left corner.

9. Tap Set Up a Device.

10. Choose Ace 2 and follow the onscreen instructions.

The time and date should be corrected after syncing the tracker. If the tracker is still showing the wrong time and date after syncing, please try the additional troubleshooting steps here. For complete troubleshooting instructions to resolve the syncing issue, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
