Hi,
My daughter has received friend requests from family members and I cannot accept them. On my phone, the link brings me to the app store then when I go in to the FitBit app there are no notifications and on my computer it brings me to the link to download the app and when I log in to my account manually on my computer, I cannot access my daughter's account.
What am I doing wrong?

Hi @mcglashing. Welcome to the forums. I'm sorry for the delayed response.
I'm glad that your daughter is part of our Fitbit family and thanks for the steps that you've tried so far to accept her friends requests. Currently the Family account is only available for the Fitbit app on phones/tablets. However, since you keep having the same issue I'd recommend to try the following:
For iOS devices, see this article.
For Android devices, see this article.
Reboot your phone.
Open the Fitbit app, log back in and try accepting the request.
If the issue persists, please provide me with your phone's model and OS version. Also, let me know if you've tried adding those family members from your daughter's account under kid's view.
