Cannot Sync, message Battery Full??

When I try to sync, I have a red warning icon and message battery full, its been 21 days now, is this my phone or my fitbit causing the error, fitbit battery is fully charged and so is my mobile phone??

I'd like to know where specifically you see the message battery full. I'd suggest you try to restart the device, since many issues are getting solved through it.

If it is caused by the app itself, I'd suggest clearing the cache and cookies. Here there is information about how to do that:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. On your phone's settings tap Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  3. Go back one screen, tap Force Stop and uninstall the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
