Switching between accounts

When I switch from kids view to my own stats, all data is lost. Very frustrating when you’re trying to keep track of progress. Has anyone else had this issue and can you tell me how to fix it? I’ve logged out, logged back in again. Reinstalled the app, rebooted my tracker. Synced my Sense to my profile and no data comes up. This is the 2nd time in two weeks that this has happened!

I currently have over 9k steps on my watch but the app shows zero steps and no exercise activity! My own watch was synced before I switched to my son’s Ace 3 and when I switched back all my data was missing!

I switched to my daughter's Ace. When I got back to my Versa 3 I have no data. Restarted my phone 3x. Forgot her device from Bluetooth. Still won't sync.
